In the Gateway System, you can attach documents or link to the versioned Document Management System to get the latest approved revision every time. The user can instantly view the resources to help them do their job. There are lots of other benefits to this, such as training, sickness cover, and zero preparation for audits.

What if the processes are all in a system, but people still do not follow the process? The Gateway Approval will prevent the project/change from moving to the next Gateway until the approver has agreed that all actions have been completed satisfactorily, and it is the right decision to move forwards.
