Implementation
Make an action plan and track your progress in implementing your changes. If appropriate, you may wish to launch a Gateway for the change management to guarantee all parties are involved and all bases are covered.
Success
Following implementation, the change is reviewed to ensure that the objectives were met and the change is delivering the improvement that was expected.
